I often listen to songs in the car and realize it describes what I am feeling or what is happening in my life at that period in time.

Although I'm young, I can completly understand this saying... Spare you all the folklore about darkness, it makes you feel like you don't need anyone, that you can face everything all by yourself...
It's nice to know I'm not the only person who made it out the "darkside" and live :D
