Details you probably know by now (if you've been around my [space] for a while), but stated here again because I was bored and couldn't keep my narcissistic tendencies in check:
- I tend to walk around with my head in the clouds, though I think at some level I'm grounded enough to still be on this plane of existence. Idealistic, and sometimes not very practical. But I try!
- Sarcasm runs in the family, and I'm known for the occasional retort. Take it with a pinch of salt, and all will be fine :)
- Introvert. Quiet on the outside, not so quiet on the inside. I'd rather listen than talk, and as much as I love my friends, I'm just as content hanging out with myself.
- Garfield and the lyrics of the sunscreen song = my role model and philosophy on life :)
- A walking shutterbug and travel junkie. There's a whole world out there just waiting to be explored~!
- Cinnamon, (dark) chocolate, coffee and cheese. The 4 C's to my heart. Also works if you're looking for forgiveness, or a favour.. *wink*
- Laughter really does make my world go round. Bring on those endorphins!

- I'm very hard to get to know, so don't take it personally if I don't open up about personal stuff. Only a very very few people know me inside out, and only because they probably threatened me in some way.. :)
- A sucker for happy endings, a hopeless romantic, and a big softie on the inside.
- I'm nice unless given reason not to be, in which case I can very well turn into that angel from your nightmare.
- I know zilch about makeup, girly stuff and the latest fashionable pursuits. Jeans, flip flops and a hat can keep me going for the rest of my life.
- Hydrophilic to the core. Splashing around in lakes, swimming pools, the ocean, any body of water really- love 'em all.
- Little acts of kindness rather than big splashy gestures. Orchids, handmade cards and soft toys make me melt. Hate all things lavender (except the actual colour), love all things that smell of cinnamon and vanilla (except tea, urgh..)
- An avid fan of art, dance, music and theatre, mainly to compensate for the fact that I'm terrible at all of them..
- Inherent shopaholic tendencies revolve around books, quirky bags, hats, flip flops and earrings.
- I can easily lose myself in a book, in a song, or in the water. Often for extended periods of time. My happy places!
- I don't dig the complex, the complications and the conflicts. Not too much drama please, because I really don't have the patience or time for it. Unless its on TV, and there's a gorgeous hunk smack in the middle of it all...
- The wild outdoors over indoors any day (unless its raining in that annoying, drizzly kind of way). There's no other way to take in the salty ocean air, the green fields, the blue skies and sunsets.
- I've always wanted to learn to play the piano, the guitar, the violin and/or the drums. Plans in the making, for sooner than later :)
- A devoted bookworm, more for the purpose of learning about other people's lives and perspectives through their words and stories, less for the purpose of escaping reality.
- A firm believer of the theory that we should do what we can, when we can and with what we have. A lot of the world needs saving, and whether you make ripples or waves, it's felt somewhere, by someone. What goes around, comes around :)
